This is Spike. The best dog in the world and this is a tribute to him. Spike was adopted by the Smith household about 10 years ago. He had no history really before that. Animal Friends believed he was 6 years old when we got him. We also believe he had a history of abuse. Spike never barked unless he was held up outside on a tree and needed help getting off. All he wanted was attention and love. He often just lounged around the house with nothing to. Spike is now not feeling so well and is believed to be moving on soon. I am very sad about this, but I figured the world's best dog deserves a tribute. Here is to the Spikers!!
Update about 7 hrs later.. Spike may just have some inner ear problems. Praying for the best. He is old though :-( and is Woman's best friend.
