Fabulous Birthday

Well I must say I had the most fabulous birthday! Tom got me up at about 8:30 am to chocolate chip waffles. After that it was time to get all ready for our outing to get the tree. We found a tree farm in Beaver which was very cheap. There was an old lady who came out, gave us a saw and let us go and find our tree. Luckily before hand we stopped at Starbucks to keep us warm because it was snowing out! We found our tree pretty quickly. After coming home we enjoyed playing some games and I anxiously awaiting the arrival of my family. Once they got up here we were able to decorate! (my mom had a tree stand for us). Finally after dinner some friends arrived and we played games and enjoyed each others company. I do have to admit, it was one of the best birthdays. God has blessed me with an amazing husband.

Now we are anxiously awaiting Christmas! We have lots of fun events coming up this weekend: Youth Group Leader Party, Our Small Group Party and Admissions Party! It should be a good 3 days in a row! Then we will wait a few more days until Christmas Extravaganza! On Christmas Eve we will be spending the evening with my Smith family which will be an enjoyable time then Christmas Day we will spend it with my mom, sister, brother and Aunt Mary and Uncle Barry! I love Christmas and am so excited to be with family. It will be sad to be so far away from all Tom's family, but next year we will enjoy it with them.

With that said.. Tom's parents will be returning from China for good in the next few weeks!! That is all we really know and will update you more once we know more :-).
