a beautiful learning experience

Hello Friends. This week flew by, yet feels like it took forever. The semester looks like it is going to be good. Although I am so nervous of what lies ahead. Yet God keeps reminding me that He has it all under control. I just need to let Him do his thing. I am also learning to be submissive and let Tom figure out this whole grad school process. It is very different for me.

The semester looks like it is going to be filled with tons of reading. It shouldn't be bad, but it can get tedious. I do enjoy all the books that I have been reading thus far though. It looks like my classes will have great discussion and I will learn plenty.

Well the wedding is coming along. I have been trying to get a bit more done recently. I think the invitations are next our list. More exciting new that we just found out is that Tom's parents will be moving to China. His dad was offered a position over there and it is very exciting for them. The future holds many new and interesting things. We ask that you would keep them in your prayers as they prepare for this big life change. Also, please be praying for us as we continue to see where God is calling us.

Finally, Pittsburgh is going to the Superbowl :-) I will leave you with this sweet picture my mom sent to me...
