Untitled.

It's Sunday. Tomorrow begins week 3 of the semester, not that I am counting or anything. I should tell you that during the final day (Friday) of week 2 I sprained my ankle. Yes I am a graceful person and this wouldn't be this first time I did something like this. Well do let me inform you on how I did such a thing... I was working for admissions. I was giving a tour to a prospective student and her father, we were in the Science and Engineering Building and as we were heading down the steps I missed the final one. At that moment my left ankle went in and down I went. At the moment it was not funny let me tell you, but I do not mind you laughing now. I now sit in my bed with my ankle propped up and ice on it. Good times. I mean without a moment like that my final semester would not be complete.

As for other things.. Yesterday was Sara Jensen's baby shower. As we await baby number 2 who is about to come in a few weeks. It was so beautiful, Joanna and a few other girls set everything up. Taylor and Lindsay's husband made Mocktails which were delicious! They had fun games and so much more. Here is a picture I stole from Ashlie Hanlon.

I do have more, but have not uploaded them to my computer. It was fun to get all dressed up with the girls and just enjoy a good time.

As for the rest of life.. I have thought about running away and getting married now then just reenacting at the wedding. I mean no one would need to know. But it all seriousness, I am kind of ready to get married. I know I need to be here these last few months, but I am somewhat in a different place in life.

One more week til the Superbowl. Until then, Go Steelers :-)

I guess I'll just have to leave another comment, even though I swear I left one. I found your blog and your little games are no match for me!

i def. understand what you said about being in a different place. i know for me that second semester was a lot of fun, and i really tried to soak up opportunities with friends...but it was hard to some degree because i was the only one out of my close girl friends who was getting married. so i felt sometimes this divide.

but alas, it all really just flies by so fast. it's crazy for me to think that a year ago i was a college senior who just got engaged.

i hope all is going well!! :-D
