I am still enjoying my wonderful break. I have gotten the opportunity to spend everyday with my amazing future husband. Which has been interesting... He is great, but we are definitely learning what life will be like together.
We have also had the opportunity to share some time with amazing friends. We had the chance to meet up with Jenn Reill and her fiance, RON, and something other wonderful Geneva friends. It is always so great to have those moments with those people. Also we have had time to meet up with some of my friends from home. It is always such an eye opening time. You learn who you really appreciate hanging out with and getting to share life moments with. Finally we had a lot of good family times.
We had many lazy days at my house which was really nice. We got to play tons of games with my mom and various other people, which is something we really enjoy.
Finally we got to go see Tom's whole immediate family. We left Christmas morning to spend the holiday with them. After our 6 hour drive, we were greeted by them all and opened presents. It was really nice to see his sister, Rachel, who lives in Florida and her husband Joe and daughter Zoe. Zoe made me laugh so hard I cried. She is one of our flower girls along with Hannah Kelley.
All in all we have genuinely enjoyed this break. We have had the opportunity to spend time with great people, ask big questions and just enjoy ourselves. I will share pictures later on, along with the latest books I have been reading :-).
